Thriving Company in the Mortgage/Lending Industry is
seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join their team and work in the
Corporate Office located in Central Jersey. They are looking for a qualified
candidate who will support the sourcing, screening, interviewing & hiring
of qualified candidates for multiple departments within the organization. A
successful candidate will handle full life cycle recruiting from sourcing
through salary negotiation and assist with onboarding.
Job Duties:
The
Recruiter will establish and maintain strong networks of diverse candidates for
ongoing organizational needs by developing innovative sourcing initiatives and
a solid pipeline of qualified candidates at all times. – Implement recruitment
strategies and “Best Practices” from sourcing appropriate candidates all the
way through on-boarding. – Implement an efficient Applicant Tracking System in
order to keep qualified candidates in the organizational pipeline for current
and future needs. – Develop and maintain effective cross-functional working
relationships with departmental hiring managers to enhance the delivery of the
most qualified candidates. – Stay informed of all Organizational HR Policies
& procedures and have a thorough understanding of U.S. Labor Laws. Job
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or
related field – Ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision –
Experience & ability to flourish in a fast paced, high volume environment –
Ability to implement an effective Applicant Tracking System – Experience in the
Real Estate, lending or construction field preferred but not required
