Overview

This is a terrific opportunity for an ambitious, motivated ‘go-getter’
to establish their sales career and join IIL’s Toronto sales team. Primary responsibilities
include: generating revenue by introducing and selling corporate training
products, onsite traditional, virtual classes, and on-demand courses. IIL is

Candidates will
receive extensive sales training and development. This is an exciting
opportunity for a talented Sales professional at the start of their career,
looking to develop and grow their sales skills.

 

Responsibilities

 

·       Conduct persuasive, high energy
telephone conversations with executives to identify needs and sell corporate
training products.

·       High volume of telemarketing and
selling, with the ability to develop rapport and conversation with new client
contacts.

·       Proactively utilize resources to
target sales leads, increase revenue and grow client base.

·       Create sales material to present to
customers and identify additional revenue opportunities within a specific
geographic territory.

·       Qualify, prospect and foster new
business development opportunities.

·       Follow up on marketing generated leads
and prospects.

·       Utilize CRM to maintain accurate,
detailed notes, track leads, activities and metrics productivity. Schedule
follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.

·      
Social media savvy, with the
ability to leverage social media to develop sales leads.

 

Qualifications

 

·       Well organized go-getter mentality,
detail oriented with telemarketing experience and a demonstrated drive and
initiative.

·       Achievement of quota and / or revenue
goals with a passion for selling.

·       Comfortable on the phone, and able to
overcome objections to close new clients.

·       Excellent communication skills, verbal
and written.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment, strong multitasking and organizational skills, managing multiple
clients with multiple sales funnel stages.

·       Bachelor’s degree preferred but not
required.
