Recruitment firm is seeking a Research Associate to join their team. As a Research Associate, you will assist the Corporate Recruiting Team to research, source, and develop candidate profiles specific to positions in sales and marketing functions, amongst others. These positions are within various industries such as: Technology, Capital Markets, Retail, Consumer Goods, Communications & Public Relations, Management Consulting, Publishing, Manufacturing & Logistics, to name a few. Their portfolio of positions ranges from staff level to senior level executive positions.
Research, source, and recruit active and passive talent by utilizing creative strategies such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, as well as traditional methods such as cold calls, referrals, and job postings. Identify and develop extensive candidate profiles, providing a customer-focused candidate experience. Collaborate with Corporate Recruiting Team on search strategy, market mapping, and industry sector, to build a continual pipeline of candidates. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment that is constantly shifting. Attend job qualification meetings to learn job details, value proposition, and the interview process for each mandate. Manage pipeline activity continually, through all stages of the process. Proven ability to think creatively and solve outside-the-box problems.
An interest in Executive Recruiting and the talent market, and an understanding of the recruiting lifecycle. Must be a clear communicator, both oral and written, have resiliency, and be able to develop rapport quickly and easily with people at all levels of their career. A propensity for mastering and optimizing software to meet business goals. Intermediate level in MS Office or Google. Background in handling a high volume of tasks that require a high sense of urgency. Self-driven, creative, and highly organized. A thorough, detail-oriented mindset. A sense of humor and self-awareness.
