About Aegis Creek
At Aegis Creek we understand our people are our most important asset. We are a national, fullservice government relations management consultancy firm, offering a comprehensive suite of
services. You will join an inclusive, results-driven, and collaborative team, offering upward
mobility and growth. We work with deep technology firms to develop product and go-to-market
strategies, and to close on non-dilutive funding. Our services include non-dilutive funding events
for clients, hands-on coaching for executives and technical sales, product conceptualization and
refinement support, development of (dual-purpose) winning collateral for both non-dilutive and
equity investors, and financial model development.
Key metrics:
• Growth: Over the course of less than a year and during the pandemic, we’ve grown from
nothing to four employees, a dozen clients, and an ARR in excess of $500k. We anticipate 4-
5x growth over the next year.
• Client Enterprise Value Growth: On our watch, our clients have collectively seen more than
$40M in enterprise value growth, with one acquisition, one closed private investment, and
several private equity investment offers.
• Win rate on grant applications: Grant applications are high-stakes technical sales
documents. The team has collectively 40 years of experience in new business development
and technical sales, with nearly 30 years of experience selling to government and an ~70%
win rate on non-dilutive funding applications. The global average for grant application wins
is ~8%. While we do not manage on this metric day-to-day, we all strive to maximize the
returns on effort for our clients and our team.
• Funds raised for clients: Since the beginning of 2021, our clients have closed more than $1M
in Federal funding, with projected growth to more than $5M by the end of calendar 2022.
• Client ROI on services: For clients receiving grants, the ROI is typically ~300% on the first win.
Long term ROI is typically around 500%, based on grants alone.
