Operations Associate is a vital member and partner to the CEO of UCS Advisors,
and will be the main point of contact for the business. The OA will establish
and manage day-to-day operations for the business, be a self-starter who can
work well in a fast-paced environment, and establish internal process and
efficiencies for accountability and success for the entire organization.
Oversee team processes, outside vendors, and proactively manage schedules for
the CEO and sales team.
