Marketing Communications Manager

Our client, the worldwide leader in high-frequency power conversion technology, is bringing to
market highly miniaturized power conversion products that offer unprecedented power density and excellent
performance. They are
seeking an experienced, Marketing Communications Manager, who enjoys disrupting markets and working in fast-paced environments, to join their team.
This position will be responsible for promoting the company brand and generating demand for their products across all major competencies of marketing communications: Public Relations, Digital
Marketing, Content Marketing, Branding, and Event Planning. This position will report to the VP Sales
and Marketing.
Job Responsibilities:

Translate marketing and business objectives into an annual marcom plan, specifying goals,
deliverables, timing, vehicles, and projects. Manage spending to an annual budget.
Working closely with the external marketing partners, plan and execute digital marketing and PR
campaigns. Use analytics to report on campaign effectiveness and enhance future programs.
Create and implement compelling marketing content.
Build a dynamic and engaging social media presence.
Support marketing campaigns that company undertakes in conjunction with its retail and OEM
partners.
Develop a brand strategy and messaging that is implemented consistently across all mediums.
Oversee global event planning and execution.
Coordinate customer testimonials.
Work collaboratively with company personnel in sales, marketing, operations, and engineering.

Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related business field and at least 5
years of marcom experience, preferably in consumer electronics.

A track record of successfully managing agencies, overseeing integrated marketing campaigns,
interfacing with the media, planning events, and adhering to budgets.

Creative storyteller with exceptional writing skills.

Good planning and organizational skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work
independently and within a team environment.

Solid understanding of sales and business processes.

Willingness to travel (approximately 5 – 10% of the time)
