Integrated Media Supervisor

Our client, a full-service entertainment marketing agency, providing media, creative, strategy, digital and mobile marketing services to the film and TV industry, is seeking an Integrated Media Supervisor to join their team. The Media Supervisor must have local and national newspaper experience, and will be a contact for several entertainment clients in the independent film, television, and streaming media space. The position is a combination of client service, production management, media planning, and campaign delivery and reporting. You will roll up your sleeves and deliver advertising and marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, hands-on, deadline-heavy context.  The ideal candidate will come from an entertainment background, and have experience working in an agency environment, but equivalent client-side experience would also be useful.

Responsibilities:

Plan, propose, and execute advertising and marketing campaigns on national, regional and local newspapers.

Prepare and execute media schedules with deep knowledge of local and national market media.

Plan and place media on TV, radio, outdoor, websites, apps, mobile, programmatic platforms.

Oversee projects from concept to delivery with knowledge of print, broadcast and outdoor production timelines, tools and techniques.

Manage the delivery of creative assets, working with the in-house creative team of designers and production artists with extreme attention to meticulous detail on fast-paced deadlines.

Provide a strong interface between the account and production teams, management and billing to streamline processes and drive business and workflows forward.

Develop strong relationships with clients, and build and grow accounts.

Experience in outdoor, digital and broadcast would be a big plus, but major newspaper experience is a must!

Requirements:

Four year degree

At least 3 years of entertainment agency, entertainment company, ad agency (or very similar) experience.  Print Media and Newspapers are required!

A demonstrated passion for and knowledge of independent film and television with a future-looking attitude will be a major advantage.
