Our client, a leader in employee relations technology solutions, is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to join their team. The position is located in Northern NJ.

Their SaaS solution allows users to create, collaborate, and report on employee relations issues and investigations. More than ever, organizations are focused on adopting specific investigation processes in order to drive specific, predictable outcomes related to employee performance issues. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic sales professional as they continue to scale. This role requires a motivated self-starter with a consultative sales approach and a strong technical sales acumen, combined with a successful track record in closing business. The perfect candidate has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a polished, professional presence with the natural ability to build excellent customer relationships with C- and other operational levels of the organization. He or she should have fantastic presentation and closing abilities and demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a high performance sales culture while providing a professional, quality sales experience for their customers.

Responsibilities:
Create and manage pipeline of revenue opportunities from inbound sources, while effectively and intelligently prospecting for new business.
Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in order to understand need while demonstrating value.
Prepares presentations and other written materials in order to facilitate quick movement through the sales process.
Maintains accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.

Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of full time software sales experience.
Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions.
Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to be effective and efficient with limited (but growing!) resources.
Human Resource and/or technology sales experience a plus.
Strong presentation skills, articulate and proficient speaking both in person and via phone.
