You will be responsible for all aspects of branch performance with regard to revenue growth, profitability, employee development and customer service. Their core business services the information technology requirements of companies ranging from the Fortune 100 to medium-sized firms by utilizing specialized domain knowledge, best-of-breed technologies, rapidly deployable proprietary frameworks/solutions, and flexible engagement models. You will need to develop new business, profile prospective clients, and supervise assignments while ensuring open orders are prioritized appropriately and filled in a timely manner.

The position is accountable for the achievement of all branch sales and service activity, profit through business development, and growth of new customers in the information technology business vertical.
Responsible for implementing and ensuring the integrity of operational standards and processes, hiring, managing, training, and mentoring a team of professionals, and supervising and development of office personnel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in setting sales forecasts & revenue/profitability goals and achieving/exceeding those goals
Building relationships with existing and new customers
Assisting in development of new recruitment strategies
Assuring delivery of exceptional service to clients and candidates
Ensure sales growth by aggressive personal selling to develop a base of new customers in the Philadelphia market.
Marketing efforts will include a direct selling approach as well as building referral sources and new customers through active participation in industry organizations.
Responsible for office profitability.
Develop and mentor office personnel in the performance of their duties and implementation of policies and strategies.
