Summary:

The
Assistant Manager of Information Technology is responsible in assisting the
Manager to ensure the streamlined operation of the Information Technology team
is in alignment with the business objective of the company

 Responsibilities:

·       
Responsible
for assisting the Information Technology team including a network analyst and
systems trainer

·       
Responsible
for ad hoc reporting, providing critical data for the executives and buyers,
utilizing SAP Crystal Reports, SQL, Toad for Oracle and Sisense BI Dashboard
Tools.

·       
Maintain
checks and balances to insure maximum uptime and performance of all computers
and servers throughout the company.

·       
Responsible
for directing operation of computers and related equipment, including
telecommunications, credit card terminals, printers and data networks.

·       
Responsible
for analyzing data to resolve user issues that arise.

·       
Responsible
in assisting in purchasing of all necessary computer upgrades, new
installations and software.

·       
Responsible
for overseeing the installation and implementation of new equipment.

·       
Work
collaboratively with the IT staff to create procedural and training manuals.

·       
Various
other duties as assigned by management

Payment Terminals, POS, Touch Screens. 

 

Education &
Experience:

·       
Minimum
of five year experience working within Information Technology field 

·       
Bachelor’s
degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent years of
experience

·       
Solid
knowledge of technical systems and a solid understanding of the potential use
of technology solutions in a business environment.

·       
Strong
verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to effectively
interact with internal and external business partners.

·       
Experience
with NetSuite and XStore POS a plus

 

Requirements:

·       Must be available 24/7
troubleshoot user issues at retail stores

·       Must be team oriented

·       Must pass airport
security background check.

 

Physical Requirements:

·       Must be able to travel
to airport locations

·       Must be able to walk,
sit, bend, kneel, climb, reach, push, pull and stoop repetitively
